Field Supervisor, O&M

Responsibilities

• Assuring SLA for the customers for site delivery, assurance of quality and ensuring site uptime for telecom operators
• Carrying out the preventive and breakdown maintenance and equipment for improving overall reliability
• Apply continuous improvement principles with the specific focus on eliminating faults, reducing downtime, and maximizing the performance
• Reviewing and analyzing the repeat failure cases and taking immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeat failure
• Monitoring vendor field technicians' performance, attendance, productivity, discipline, and compliance with operational procedures
• Controlling site security, including access control, locks, fencing, batteries, DG fuel, tools, and other company assets to minimize theft and loss
• Following up with vendors to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance standards
• Monitoring maintenance performance, identify gaps, and drive timely corrective actions to maintain network reliability and service continuity

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B-Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
• Minimum (3) years working experience on DG/PS/BB/RMS rectification and preventive maintenance
• Able to travel across the country
