Position Summary
Rresponsible for the software development and administration of IT policies and standard operating procedures, supporting procurement, managing hardware including servers and databases and user training.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with the development team of vendor as well as in-house for the application to provide the 2nd level support

Manage to test and analyze the impact of release to implement according to the address defined business requirements

Monitor, review and track any long-term application issues, ensure data security, network access and backup systems

Assist Head of IT in developing IT related policies and standard operating procedures

Discover and propose new technologies that yield competitive advantage to the company

Proactive in proposing new enhancement for the other departments in order for them to work efficiently

Supervise development team to ensure functionality and efficiency of the products currently in use

Manage vendor relations to gain the commitment of vendors to support business needs

Monitor and review vendor performance to ensure that vendors meet contractual obligations

Lead requirement gathering with business users of IT related software, and analyze the risks

Manage test, UAT and production deployment for all new software releases
-
Track and analyze user issues, making sure that any issues are addressed at root cause level
-
Monitor changes in configurations of servers and hardware (especially for SAP, ERP and Microfinance application)

Conduct user training when necessary, in terms of software features or other IT awareness training
