Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach sales team on best practices for closing more vehicle deals, provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
• Oversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed the targets
• Prepare any required reports and documents for HOD and BD
• Manage and prepare to get the customer’s order quantity, color combination, and delivery lead time and set up
• Monitor team members for daily sales and urge the sale team to collect the relevant documents from customers
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and compile the necessary reports to review for the management
• Coordinate and conduct morning and evening meeting and all regular sales meetings
• Review enquiry list and write down the remark on the sale officers with required data
• Support in marketing activities and coordinate with sales admin, logistic and finance team members
• Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers and step in to answer customer questions when required

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant principle, strong emphasis on business administration and management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field of vehicles sales background
• Automotive / EV industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Good written as well as spoken English
• Results driven, able to make sound judgments over competing priorities
• Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts
• Adapt easily to change and respond flexibly to a changing and evolving environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage personal effectiveness in face of challenge
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written
