Financial Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Promotion of IPO advisory services to potential listing companies
• Conducting financial, operational and corporate governance due diligence
• Examine financial statements to ensure they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations
• PO advisory and other necessary supports to the company’s clients
• Draft the prospectus in collaboration with the legal firm and the client
• Documentation and syndication in the execution of public offering
• Review and amend the Myanmar translation version of the prospectus from the client
• Prepare recommendation letter for the client from MSEC to submit to YSX
• Develop relationships with existing and potential clients in order to expand the business
• Lead and supervise the IB team, assist tasks to team members
• Participate in every aspect of the securities business in Myanmar
• Facilitate and support investment project or business collaboration

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
• Experience in accountancy and consultancy, finance or business background will be advantageous
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Myanmar language
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting softwares
• Self-starter with a positive work attitude and culturally flexible to adopt “joint-venture” environment

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
