Job Description:
Position Summary
Overall responsibility for P&L, factory operations, supply chain, sales, and regulatory matters of an SKD electric bike business in Myanmar, with parts imported from China and local assembly.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership: revenue, margin, cost, cash flow, and working capital
- Establish and oversee SKD assembly operations, quality systems, and production planning
- Lead China OEM and supplier relationships (pricing, MOQ, BOM, quality, payment terms)
- Manage imports, logistics, and customs for SKD kits
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategy (dealers, distributors, B2B)
- Oversee after-sales service, warranty, and spare parts strategy
- Act as primary liaison with government authorities and industrial zone management
- Lead business planning, capacity expansion, and localization roadmap
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in SKD/CKD assembly businesses (e-bike, motorcycle, EV, or similar)
- Direct experience working with Chinese OEMs/suppliers
- Proven P&L management and factory setup/scale-up experience
- Strong understanding of SKD economics, quality control, and import logistics
- Hands-on leader with SKD manufacturing background, and commercial mindset
