Business Development Manager - Lubricant

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Improve sales revenue, volume and gross margin for B2B business
  • Meet at least 80% sale target and maximize B2B/tender achievement
  • Develop strong relationship with Petroleum Products Regulatory Department and take charge for the related license application
  • Lead and develop B2B and tender sales from different sectors of prospect customers
  • Process customer orders, deal with queries, and exhibit the highest standards of customer service
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers
  • Develop annual marketing plan, new product line proposal and plan in response to market needs
  • Identify product development requirements to support strategic marketing plans for the new markets
  • Lead and manage the targeted programs, and support ongoing business
  • Coordinate with Technical, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing for the overall requirements of successful commercialization

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing field
  • Understanding the law and regulation of lubricants regulation in Myanmar
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Good skill in both spoken and written in English
  • Able to travel as required
