Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining accurate sales data, generating performance reports, and ensuring the timely calculation of incentives to drive the achievement of monthly sales targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and accurately calculate sales incentives and commissions
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Sales Managers in a timely manner
  • Maintain and manage accurate sales data and all related documentation
  • Support sales teams in various administrative tasks to help achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate effectively with Sales Managers and the Sales Operations team to support overall sales performance
  • Provide data-driven insights to help the team reach target achievement
  • Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new systems and technologies to improve workflow
  • Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, B.Com, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in sales administration or a related role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
