Position Summary
Responsible for leading the organization’s marketing function and ensure strategic alignment with company objectives. Oversee brand management, digital marketing, CRM, and creative functions to build strong market presence, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals

Lead and mentor the marketing team for brand and product, CRM and customer success, and creative

Establish annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms

Drive internal and external brand communication initiatives

Oversee brand development for 18K, Diamond, and TikTok product lines

Manage campaign strategy, product launches, and seasonal promotions

Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels

Manage social media, website, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising activities

Approve digital content plans and ensure audience engagement growth

Track and analyze digital performance metrics to improve ROI

Lead CRM initiatives, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs

Oversee customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Use CRM insights to enhance marketing campaigns and customer journey experience

Supervise creative outputs across photography, video, and design functions

Approve creative briefs and ensure brand consistency across marketing materials

Present regular reports on marketing performance to the Executive Director/Managing Director

Build SOPs and workflow systems for efficient campaign execution
