M&E Manager

Responsibilities

• Review and check technical designs and drawings to ensure with project requirement
• Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timeline
• Coordinate with clients, consultant, subcontractors, other engineers and Project Manager
• Provide project organization chart and master schedule
• Based on master project schedules, prepare M&E sub-contractors work and submission schedules
• Integrate MEP suppliers’ program and monitor progress monthly
• Manage and improve subcontract and supplier procurement process
• Provide direction during functional performance testing of all mechanical and electrical systems
• Develop monthly, quarterly or annual reports depending on project requirements
• Monitor M&E subcontractors’ material and equipment delivery schedule
• Track and monitor sub-contractors sample submission, method statements submissions and approval
• Attend technical meeting, site co-ordination meetings and prepare the meeting minutes
• Witness testing and commissioning and subsequently T&C reports
• Collect list of electrical related problems from site engineer and provide solutions

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of construction and operation management
• At least 5 years' experience in engineering and construction field with 3 years' experience in management position
• Knowledge of government construction and safety laws
• Excellent problem solving skills and analysis skills
• Self-driven and decision-making skills
• Ability to plan for own and staff work load effectively
• Ability to use Microsoft office (words, excel, power point, outlook)
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to travel to site location if needed

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday
