Position Summary
Lead and grow the wholesale business by managing regional teams, expanding the dealer network, and driving revenue through strong customer relationships, strategic planning, and coordination across departments while ensuring the team is equipped, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities

Set and track OKRs/KPIs for the wholesale team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Develop and implement action plans to achieve wholesale revenue targets and OKRs

Supervise Tele Sales and Drive Sales teams to drive orders and collections

Monitor sales KPIs and performance by region, team, and product category

Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and wholesale buyers

Lead new customer acquisition in untapped or high-potential regions

Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing wholesale sales team

Conduct structured onboarding and product/sales training for new hires

Contribute to team incentive strategies based on performance and results

Monitor team morale and work with related teams on engagement strategies

Oversee the transport/delivery team to ensure all sold goods are delivered on time and in good condition

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely stock flow and deliveries

Reduce time spent by sales reps on non-sales tasks by creating clear workflows

Support resolution of after-sales service issues by liaising with technical teams

Contribute to strategic sales planning, market reviews, and leadership meetings

Monitor dealer credit usage and ensure there are no bad debt accounts

Coordinate with finance to follow up on customer payment dues and maintain healthy cash flow
