Procurement Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own annual, monthly, and weekly procurement plans, aligning them with the company's business goals
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors who are innovative and reliable
  • Lead negotiations on price, payment terms, and contracts, building strong win-win relationships
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order, ensuring seamless operations

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing vendors
  • Proven track record of developing and executing procurement plans
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance and total cost of ownership
