Job Description:
Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing critical operations in seed processing and storage. This role is central to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth coordination across our rice and maize seed handling processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise drying of incoming rice seeds, cleaning, and packaging operations
- Managing packaging processes for maize seeds with attention to quality standards
- Oversee stock keeping, inventory control, and warehouse organization
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain safety standards
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
- Proven experience in plant operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes while ensuring quality and compliance
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
Working Time:
9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
