Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual work plans, budget plans and timelines in collaboration with respective HODs based on project deliverables, aligning with overall company objectives
• Lead the organization of strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment of all key business functions with the organizational strategy
• Support the CEO in developing and refining company strategies
• Liaise and coordinate with various functions to acquire information for monthly reports, analysis, and updates on financial performance and market information
• Develop a deep understanding of the existing business, including products/services, customers, competitors, the overall market, and trends, through thorough research and analysis
• Track performance, identify variances from the plan, analyze root causes, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant departments
• Present performance finding and mitigation plans to management
• Update and check regular reports with information gathered from all internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitoring and evaluation duties for every department with plan and actual
• Organize and safeguard corporate planning materials and documents

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Project Management
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and market research
• Experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans and budgets
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation processes
