Project Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage strategic insurance projects across the organization
• Develop dashboards, timelines, and executive reports for the CEO
• Ensure initiatives align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance
• Support digital transformation projects such as policy digitization, claims automation, or analytics initiatives
• Standardize project management practices for insurance initiatives
• Track project risks, milestones, and dependencies; escalate issues to the CEO
• Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to executive leadership
• Facilitate communication between the CEO, board, and operational teams
• Support change management initiatives across insurance operations
• Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies within insurance projects
• Maintain a knowledge repository of lessons learned and project documentation

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in Project Management or PMO roles will be preferred
• Skilled in PMO and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet
• Strong ability to create, manage, and analyze dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Able to effectively communicate with C-level executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to align PMO initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities
• Adaptable and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in executive-level support

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday
