Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities by coordinating with farmers, traders, and suppliers
• Monitor market price trends and plan purchasing strategies accordingly
• Ensure timely sourcing and availability of products for storage and export
• Inspect and maintain product quality to meet international export standards
• Oversee cleaning, sorting, grading, and packaging processes
• Guarantee that all products are compliant with buyer and international requirements
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company objectives
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Sales, and Warehouse
• Establish and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
• Develop logistics and shipping plans to ensure efficient transportation
• Liaise with customs, port authorities, and relevant government departments

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate, preferably in agricultural Major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export/import operations, preferably in agricultural commodities 
• Strong knowledge of agricultural commodities market trends, export regulations, shipping, and logistics
• Solid understanding of quality control and international product standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with knowledge of trade-related technical terms
