Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy of records, timely dispatch, and physical security of goods. Work closely with the Management Team and, Admin and Operations department, lead the warehouse team, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound logistics
• Oversee proper use of Odoo for all stock movements and inventory tracking
• Ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery
• Ensure real-time and accurate data entry of stock transactions in Odoo
• Plan and implement periodic stock counts and reconcile variances
• Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse operations
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance
• Resolve team conflicts and motivate staff to maintain productivity and discipline
• Prevent loss, damage, or theft through proper supervision and security practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular checks to prevent incidents
• Provide regular updates to the Admin and Operations Manager
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on stock planning and availability
• Handle urgent requests and escalate issues when necessary

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or) diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum 4~5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1~2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience with Odoo or equivalent inventory management systems is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High integrity and accountability, with a proven track record of trustworthiness
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse software and systems (Odoo preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues swiftly
• Familiar with warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements

Working Time:

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
