Data Analyst cum Sales Admin

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze the CLM data generated through online promotion to the customer
• Collaborate and support sales and marketing teams by providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
• Create a system to extract the data from CLM and map the data to generate key insights to drive overall business growth
• Generate monthly reports with data summary dashboards on brand wise promotion, and customer wise promotion
• Tracking on promotion performance, do analysis and evaluate to ensure sales performance are delivered as set
• Assist on preparation of quarterly review formats and annual budgeting
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as per the requirement

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in data analysis position of any mid-size to large organization
• Familiarity with analytics concepts such as databases, programming, tools, MS advanced excel, data visualizations
• Decent verbal English to communicate with expats
• Advanced skills in MS office, proficient in Power BI for data analysis
