Production Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the complete production process—from receiving production orders via Odoo to packaging finished goods. The role involves daily planning, workforce management, and system updates. Ensure production output meets quality and timeline expectations while maintaining safety and cleanliness at the production site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production runs based on priority, stock, and material readiness
• Coordinate raw material staging and machine readiness
• Ensure adherence to production procedures and timelines
• Monitor staff performance and enforce labor discipline
• Ensure raw material and finished goods data is accurately recorded
• Submit daily and weekly production reports through the system
• Enforce plant safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Collaborate with QC team for batch quality checks and production trials
• Ensure packaging is done as per standards and timeline
• Communicate issues or delays to the department Manager

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in production or manufacturing, preferably with dry mix or construction materials
• Prior experience in managing labor teams and using ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Leadership and staff coordination skills
• Familiarity with batching and dry mix production processes
• Proficient in Odoo or similar production tracking systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong safety and quality focus

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday
