Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Resolving urgent and immediate Tier 3 application problems / requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment
- Implementing / migrating application projects and preparing procedural documentation / manuals
- Parallel / regression testing of applications / patches and feedback to the Development Team
- Provide effective UAT to the end users for the applications with supportive manuals/guides
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any Degree holder with Diploma or Certificate in related field
- Minimum 1 years’ in related IT experience
- Age must be under 30 years old
- Basic knowledge about Database Servers and SQL Language
- Basic programming knowledge on any languages
- Willing to learn and support applications like ERP, Accounting, Retail Management
- Team working, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
