Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Resolving urgent and immediate Tier 3 application problems / requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment 
  • Implementing / migrating application projects and preparing procedural documentation / manuals
  • Parallel / regression testing of applications / patches and feedback to the Development Team
  • Provide effective UAT to the end users for the applications with supportive manuals/guides

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Degree holder with Diploma or Certificate in related field
  • Minimum 1 years’ in related IT experience
  • Age must be under 30 years old
  • Basic knowledge about Database Servers and SQL Language
  • Basic programming knowledge on any languages
  • Willing to learn and support applications like ERP, Accounting, Retail Management
  • Team working, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
