Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed sales targets for animal feed products in assigned regional areas
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities, understand competitors, and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, feed mills, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct reviews; motivate and coach the team to maximize potential and drive success
• Understand animal feed portfolio, communicate value propositions to customers and sales
• Explore business opportunities, track sales data, and identify market trends
• Collaborate with teams, provide feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Any Sales and Marketing related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a veterinary-related field is preferred
• 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed or related agricultural industry
• Proven sales success, animal nutrition expertise, and strong customer relationships
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
