Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Act as the main link between farmers, banks, and the company to facilitate smooth financial services
- Educate farmers on banking products and assist with applications/repayments
- Simplify digital banking access for farmers and dealers
- Conduct financial literacy sessions and track the impact of banking solutions on farmer livelihoods
- Partner with market leading banks in Myanmar to deliver financial solutions that empower agri-business
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/diploma in Agriculture is a must
- Good looking and excellent customer service skills
- Strong communicator and problem solver
