Supervisor, Operation & Customer Service

Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring daily operational tasks of export and import shipment, and vendor management for incoming shipments and ensuring consistent quality of the works done. Main task is related to operations, daily system activities and deal with shipping line and customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Solve daily operation problems either internally or externally caused
• Ensure 100% compliance of the T&T event/data accuracy
• Comply with company’s ISO standards requirement
• Ensure billings are issued within standard import and export KPI
• Coordinate with Key Account Manager for any customer’s requirements
• Ensure and control of the completion of data quality, and customer implementation
• Manage a team of representatives offering customer support
• Manage the outsource vendors for smooth operation process and ensure proper closing each shipment
• Perform local customer visit and sales call activities and maintain the current local paid customer

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in the related field
• At least 3~5 years experience in freight forwarding field specially in Ocean Freight / Customs Clearance / Customer Service Management
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email, etc.)
• Productivity, accountability, teamwork, and optimistic
• Service oriented, result-oriented, and commercial skill
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure

Working Time:

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
