Procurement Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Source multiple suppliers, evaluate and choose the most reliable and suitable suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
  • Handle the procurement process from start to finish
  • Keep close relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Assist with logistics operations and import permit application procedures
  • Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly report to Director and MD

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong understanding of international trade terms and related procedures is mandatory 
  • Knowledge of logistics and import, export process 
  • English proficiency, business email writing skill is necessary
  • Must be able to travel locally or abroad if required

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (alternate)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
