[Position Closed] Chief Operating Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
  • Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
  • Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
  • Review current reporting structure to create an efficient and effective working environment which may include “international good practices”, such as annual staff appraisal, matrix reporting if applicable
  • Identify relevant job scope for key staff and set Key Performance Indices for them, in consultation with the stakeholders
  • To implement co-ordination of meetings, interaction between key departments.
  • Introduce International Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Human Resources, Office Administration, Office Procurement and other related aspects of conducting business.
  • Implement a reporting matrix for emergencies.
  • To set up/revamp proper office documentations for the day to day operations of PIC
  • Promote transparency, accountability and easy document accessibility for the purpose of accountability and audit.
  • Identify and train competent staff to undertake higher responsibilities and positions.
  • Set up Estate Regulations and Guidelines for the purpose of operation, management and maintenance. The Regulations and Guidelines will be legally binding for all tenants and will cover extensively the rules, regulations and government by-laws for tenants setting up their production facilities/business in the Estate.
  • Review the Legal Department for the custodian, processing and transferring of land titles certificates and other related legal documentation
  • Set up Estate Management teams for the management and maintenance of the Estate
  • Implement timely and proper maintenance for critical infrastructures in the Estate.

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • More than10 years of working experience in business with related field
  • Must have experience in Trading or Real Estate
  • Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills



 

Working Time:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Monday to Friday
