Brand Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
  • Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics and social media posts
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI
  • Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms, engage with the audience and leverage social media for brand promotion
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation and A/B testing
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, use data insights to refine strategies
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best results
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape, conducting market research to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, email marketing platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) a plus

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
