Job Description:

Position Summary:

Make the overall work flow of a coffee shop ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of baristas. Also responsible for overseeing staff, monitoring the quality of coffee being served, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Ensure the coffee shop is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations
  • Handle employee scheduling, shift rotations, and manage labor costs effectively
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Train and mentor baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and company policies

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any graduate
  • Must have 3 years’ experiences in F&B field (prefer Coffee shop background)
  • Good working attitude and team management skill
  • Can speak English to communicate
     

Working Time:

6 days a week, Off-days with duty roster
