Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
  • Prepare and maintain telephone directory and other company information
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing documents/courier
  • Coordinate and manage the day to day operations as the office assistants
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Posting of daily mails and collection of daily mails and distribute to various department
  • Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks
  • Carry out the travel arrangement of airline bookings, accommodations and ticketing for both domestically or overseas travels of staff
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc...
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Fresh Graduates with any degree holders are welcomed to apply, but 2-3 years administrative/secretarial support experience is highly valued
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with customer friendly service mind-set
  • Able to work with office systems applications: MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; with standard office software and equipment; and knowledge with internet and email
  • Bilingual: Burmese (native speaker) & English (communicable)
