Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and capability development solutions that support the company’s employees performance and growth
• Define and execute L&D strategies in collaboration with Management, Head of Department and others internal affairs
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods and evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
• Conduct and manage the effective, informative and knowledgeable classroom training and field coaching on organization wide
• Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
• Delivery of in house training where appropriate and as required, provide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training issues
• Conduct online training using online platform, create video content with trainers which all need to deliver by learning Management Software (LMS)

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor Degree (or) Master Degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields is an advantage
• 5 years’ and above experience in training and development management
• Experience in banking or financial sector is preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both in Burmese and English
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
• Able to travel

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
