[Position Closed] Business Analyst, ICT Department

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from business stakeholders
• Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
• Write BRD capturing the business needs of the project
• Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
• Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements
• Generate and maintain all necessary project documentations
• Define the acceptance criteria of the project
• IT awareness of Microsoft .Net, Java, Database and Web Technologies
• Business Process Modeling, Basics of Project Planning, Project Quality Control, Software Testing Techniques

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in B.C.Sc, MC.Sc, B.C.Tech, MC.Tech
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodology and SEI CMM, ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of Cyber Security. Awareness of ISMS and ISO 27001: 2013
• Knowledge of UML, SQA, HTML, CSS, Angular JavaScript
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organize with strong time-management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
