[Position Closed] General Business Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee staff performance, provide coaching and manage the Information systems and Information technology with IT team
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for Finance Department
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance, security service and canteen services
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material, supervise the production
  • Handle all matters of local administration such as dealing with local government authorities, Ministries
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders -government partners/vendors/suppliers

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Proven experience as General Administration and Business/Commercial
  • In-depth understanding of business management procedures, and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Bachelor in business administration/business management or relative field, Master Degree will be plus

Working Time:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Monday to Friday
